Model Withdrawal Form

Quoted verbatim from Thuiswinkel.org’s template, with this business’s details filled into the “To:” block. Applies only where a right of withdrawal exists — anything bought ready-made from stock, currently the calendars, not a print ordered through the size/frame picker; see Terms & Conditions, Article 10.

Order confirmed

Thanks for your order — I’ll get started on it and let you know once it ships. If anything’s unclear in the meantime, get in touch.

Shipping & Returns

Mon, 01 Jan 0001 00:00:00 +0000

Shipping

Region: Netherlands only, for now. Shipping outside the Netherlands? Get in touch for a quote.
Carrier: PostNL.
Cost: €3.57 for a letterbox-sized order (Brievenbuspakje — currently just an unframed 21×30cm print, or a calendar), €6.65 for everything else (Pakket) — shown exactly at checkout, picked automatically based on what’s in the order.
Processing time: please allow around 5 business days to ship your order, for both made-to-order prints and pre-made items like calendars.
Packaging: every order is carefully packaged for its size and contents — rolled or flat-packed as appropriate — in protective, crush-resistant packaging designed to arrive in the same condition it left in.

Returns

What determines whether an order can be returned is how it was made, not what kind of product it is — see Terms & Conditions, Article 10 for the exact test.
