Data we collect
- If you use the contact form: your name, email address, and message — collected via Netlify’s form-handling service.
- If you place an order: your name, email address, and delivery address — entered on Stripe’s checkout page. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card or bank details.
Why we collect it
To respond to the enquiry you send us, and to process and deliver your order.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Third parties
- Netlify receives and stores whatever you submit through the contact form, under its own privacy policy — this site has no database of its own, so this is where that data actually lives.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for basic visitor statistics — cookieless, so it doesn’t require a cookie consent banner and doesn’t track you individually or across other sites.
- Stripe processes your payment and the order details you enter at checkout, under its own privacy policy.
- A postal or parcel service (such as PostNL) receives your name and delivery address to deliver your order.
No other third party receives your data.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact mail@jantimmer.com.
